In this role as Senior Designer/Art Director at Toronto Dominion Bank, I was dedicated exclusively to the brand development of the TD Waterhouse's President's Club Marketing Services. My objective in this role was to help
develop standards and templates for creative identity pieces to convey the image of excellence and wealth that they embodied. Key to this role were regular presentations to colleagues and senior staff. I managed job flow and distribution of work to two other designers. As well this job entailed many adminstrative functions such as: research and implementation of studio process, evaluating and analyzing, invoicing, price comparison, sourcing of vendors for printing and web projects, providing business unit with proactive solutions and recommendations for new projects, providing cost effective solutions for printing and photography, and creating documents to sort and manage our project tracking.
