Hi, my name is Rija. I am an art director, with experience in corporate and agency environments. I've managed staff for about 5 years.

I spent a year working with TD Bank. I was working as a Senior Designer/Art Director. There I developed new branding and creative for an elite group of investment advisors. This branding was designed to target a specific audience. Chairing, planning meetings and presenting my artwork regularly to senior management was also key in this past role.

Prior to working for TD, I was hired on contract to help Bank of Montreal produce an online customized intranet. I was hired by BMO specifically because of my talent and work ethics demonstrated the year before while on contract with Royal Bank of Canada.

Before that I spent a large portion of time working with Day Advertising.
